The answer to this is a resounding yes! Yes, you require medical insurance as many domestic medical insurance or medical aids cease their coverage once you leave the country or may not have adequate coverage that you require.

Should you require medical attention or have a medical emergency while outside of the country, you will need to purchase medical insurance to cover this.

The purchasing of travel insurance allows travelers great peace of mind that should something untoward happen, they are covered. There are a wide variety of plan types relating to the purchase of insurance for your game hunting safari and these include options such as evacuation insurance, additional optional medical cover, flight delay insurance, trip cancellation insurance as well as lost baggage insurance.
