Manage Outfitter Dashboard
Easily find out the features to manage your account
1. Hunts Page
The first page you will arrive on after logging in
On this page you will be able to view your hunts, as well as edit a hunt if needed by clicking the edit icon next to the listing name
2. Trips
A central place to view all of your trips
On this page you will see your various bookings, the status of the booking, requested dates, and you can also message the hunter by clicking the message icon in the right corner of the booking block.
If you click the booking number you will be taken to view the full booking details as shown below
Once you have clicked on the hunt you want to view, you will end up on the below page. To view all info about the hunt, scroll down the page.
On this page you will be able to view all the booking details from the hunter. As well as accept or decline the booking or message the hunter
You can also enter in alternative dates that will be automatically sent to the hunter in the case of the requested dates not being available
Once you have accepted a booking or sent in alternative dates, the hunter will be automatically notified via email. Making things easier
3. Messages
A central place of communication between hunters and users
This page will show a list of chats you have with various users for various trips. To view a chat, simply click the username next to the envelope
After you have opened the chat you will end up on the page shown below
Here you can send a message to the hunter, when either of you receives a message you will be notified via email.
4. Settings
Used for editing your outfitter profile
On this page you can edit the information that is shown on your outfitter profile page. As well as your account information such as your account email and password
5. Calendar Page
After clicking "Calendar" in the left menu bar
On this page you can view bookings over particular dates, and you can navigate to different months by clicking the navigation arrows on the right side of the page
On the same page, you can add more criteria to your search by using the filter bar on the left of the page
As you can see above, when you have bookings over a particular dates, they will show across the date period. To view the booking details simple click on the blue bar
