Cancellation Policy: if the hunt is cancelled, cancellation will be due and payable: o More than 45 days prior to arrival 90% of the deposit will be refunded o 30 to 45 days prior to arrival 80% of the deposit will be refunded o 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded. o 0 to 15 days prior to arrival 0% will be refunded. Deposits: A deposit of 50% on the daily rates is required to confirm booking. And the balance is payable after the hunt. All animals wounded by the hunter will be charged in full before departure.
