The Blue Wildebeest
Often referred to as the “poor man’s buffalo,” this antelope has a distinctive muscular build with a broad head, long legs, and beard. Their color ranges from deep to light gray, and they have dark vertical stripes on their shoulders and back. They are renowned for being difficult to kill, and can run quite a distance, even with a well-placed shot or two in them!
The Springbok
Springbok hunting in South Africa is always a winner. These medium-sized antelopes are fleet-footed and extremely quick, reaching speeds of up to 55 miles per hour, thereby allowing them to easily evade predators.
The Kudu
King of the spiral-horned antelopes, the kudu is a large and majestic antelope that remains a sought-after trophy. This antelope is often referred to as the “gray ghost” due to its ability to simply “disappear” within the veld with its exceptional camouflaging skills.
The Eland
The eland is Africa’s spiral-horned antelope, as well as Africa’s largest antelope, weighing up to a whopping 2,000 pounds! This shy and skittish big game species provides hunters with a great challenge when hunting African plains game.

The Giraffe

The Bushbuck
