This hunting safari sees you following the tradition of old-school African safaris and camping in tents. Unlike the tents of old, these luxurious African safari tents come with modern amenities and all the comforts of home.
Your resident chef on the safari will ensure delectable meals, made from the finest ingredients, and, if you are lucky, you will enjoy some dishes incorporating game meat (venison) from recent hunts! Cape buffalo backstrap over the coals is particularly enticing!
When it comes to game hunting and shot placement on large antelope, it is the primary responsibility of hunters to kill the animal with the first shot, it really is just that simple. Read up on the best shot placement options for large antelopes to be adequately prepared for this trio of plains game.
A 30.06 is a great caliber for hunting Kudu, Roan, and Sable, while larger rifles such as a .375 right up to a .458, loaded with a solid bullet, can work well. For longer shots, a 7mm or 300-win mag is also an option.
