Hunting Trophies

The great gray ghost, the kudu, is a challenging hunt for even experienced hunters, with their ability to simply “blend in” with their surroundings and camouflage themselves remarkably well. They are also often referred to as the “king of the spiral-horned antelopes” with their graceful horns reaching up to 6 feet!

The Nyala is a difficult and testing hunting safari for hunters looking for a new challenge in South African plains game hunting. The best time to target these beauties (and they are true beauties!) is early in the morning or late afternoon as they head to graze or to the water hole to drink. They are very intelligent animals, forever on the lookout for danger, making them difficult to target and approach.

The blue wildebeest may be a strange-looking animal with a heavy front end and slender hindquarters with thin-looking legs. It is also an exceptionally difficult antelope to target, as it is renowned for its remarkable resilience and tough nature. Known as the “poor man’s buffalo” this South African plains game species is set to test hunter’s perseverance on the hunting grounds.

The bushbuck prefers a life of solitude and a habitat close to water. This elusive medium-sized antelope is also a master of camouflage, which requires patience on the part of the hunter to target this species.

When it comes to warthog hunting in South Africa, not many hunts can compare to the sheer thrill of targeting this mammal on a game hunting adventure! Be prepared for a lightning-quick opponent on this hunt!

The impala is an attractive medium-sized antelope with a striking set of horns and in terms of plains game hunting, often one of the first targets for many a hunter. It does, however, remain a popular trophy amongst hunters of all skill sets.
