Credit card details are not stored on our Website, and we cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Pricing Transparency:
All prices displayed on our website include VAT/Tax unless explicitly stated otherwise in the hunt listing or confirmation email. Regardless of the payment method utilized, the outfitter bears responsibility for the collection, withholding, remittance, and payment of any applicable taxes to the relevant tax authorities. Game Hunting Safaris assumes no liability or responsibility for the remittance, collection, withholding, or payment of taxes pertaining to the displayed hunting tour price to the relevant tax authorities.
Convenience Booking Fee:
Upon successfully facilitating a confirmed booking, we charge a 3.5% convenience booking fee. This fee is applied only once the booking is confirmed and serves as a non-refundable administrative charge borne by the hunter.
Deposit Collection:
GameHuntingSafaris.com collects the deposit amount specified on the hunt listing upon confirmation of booking availability. This deposit is transferred to the respective Outfitter by GameHuntingSafaris.com, minus any commissions payable by the Outfitter for the successful booking. Commissions payable by the Outfitter, are agreed upon in the Outfitter Agreement, and are not charged to the user making the booking.
Balance Payment:
Upon receipt of the booking deposit, the Hunter is introduced to the Outfitter, who will collect the remaining balance of the hunting fees directly. While the initial deposit is collected by our website, the Outfitter will provide further instructions on settling any remaining fees before the hunt. Users must adhere to these payment terms and respect the cancellation and booking terms set by the Outfitter. Outfitters will inform users of available payment methods to settle remaining fees, which may include bank transfers or credit card payments, subject to availability.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Users are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the booking terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies outlined in the Outfitter listing. These terms may vary between Outfitters or hunts. Users should carefully review any additional fees, payment deadlines, or expiry dates listed on the hunt listing.

Online Payment – DPO PayGate Payment Gateway
Card transactions are processed via DPO Group (PayGate (Pty) Ltd), an approved payment gateway for Namibian Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. User details are stored separately from card details entered on PayGate’s secure site. The merchant outlet country is Namibia, and the transaction currency is United States Dollar (USD). Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard Diners or American Express cards or by bank transfer into the Budget African Safaris Namibian bank account, the details of which will be provided upon making the booking. Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy Disclosure: The general cancellation and no-show policy for each outfitter are accessible on our website through the outfitter information pages, during the reservation process, and in the confirmation email. Certain hunting tours or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation or change. Please thoroughly review the hunt details before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Due to Payment Default: Reservations requiring down payments or prepayments may be subject to cancellation if the remaining amounts cannot be collected as per the outfitter’s payment policy. Late payments, incorrect bank details, invalid debit or credit cards, or insufficient funds are the responsibility of the user, and refunds for any non-refundable prepaid amounts are at the discretion of the outfitter.
Booking Confirmation and Deposit: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full deposit amount as displayed on the listing by GameHuntingSafaris.com. The outfitter reserves the right to cancel a booking for which payment has been received, with the cancellation terms communicated on the hunt listing.
