The website may display hunting packages, destinations, species information, pricing, availability and other information supplied by outfitters or compiled by Game Hunting Safaris.

These Terms of Use (“the Terms”) govern your use of GameHuntingSafaris.com (“the Website”) and any enquiries, reservations or bookings made through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, making a reservation, or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Where applicable, you may also be required to confirm your acceptance of these Terms by selecting an “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box during the booking process. Game Hunting Safaris LLC reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective once the revised Terms are published on the Website, unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after revised Terms have been published will constitute acceptance of those changes.
By accessing or using GameHuntingSafaris.com, submitting an enquiry, making a reservation or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms creates an agreement between you and Game Hunting Safaris LLC in relation to your use of the Website and the services provided by Game Hunting Safaris. Where a hunting safari is provided by an independent outfitter, the terms governing the actual safari may also be subject to a separate agreement between you and that outfitter.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or its booking services.
By using the Website or communicating with Game Hunting Safaris electronically, you consent to receiving communications from us by email, website notification or other electronic means.
You agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, booking confirmations and other communications provided by Game Hunting Safaris may satisfy any requirement that such communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
GameHuntingSafaris.com facilitates enquiries and bookings for hunting safaris offered by independent third-party outfitters. When you submit an enquiry or make a booking, you authorise Game Hunting Safaris to share information reasonably necessary to process that enquiry or booking with the relevant outfitter or service provider.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third-party advertisers. Game Hunting Safaris does not intentionally store full credit-card details on the Website. Where electronic payments are processed through an independent payment provider, payment information is handled in accordance with that provider’s security and privacy procedures.
Hunters are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide during the enquiry and booking process is accurate and complete.
Game Hunting Safaris aims to be transparent about the fees and charges associated with using GameHuntingSafaris.com. Searching the Website, browsing available hunts and submitting enquiries are free of charge.
Prices displayed on the Website are intended to give hunters a clear indication of the cost of available hunting opportunities. Unless otherwise stated in the hunt listing, quotation or booking confirmation, prices may be subject to applicable taxes, government fees or other charges. The relevant outfitter is responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of taxes relating to services supplied by that outfitter, unless otherwise stated in writing.
When Game Hunting Safaris successfully facilitates a confirmed booking, a 3.5% convenience booking fee may be charged to the hunter. This fee is disclosed before payment and is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
Where Game Hunting Safaris collects a booking deposit, the required amount will be confirmed before payment is made. The deposit may be transferred to the relevant outfitter, less any commission or fees payable to Game Hunting Safaris under the applicable outfitter agreement. Any commission payable by the outfitter is separate from the hunter’s booking fee and is not an additional charge to the hunter unless expressly disclosed.
After the booking deposit has been received, the hunter may be introduced directly to the relevant outfitter for payment of the remaining safari balance. The outfitter will provide the applicable payment instructions, deadlines and available payment methods. Hunters are responsible for complying with the payment terms, cancellation terms and booking conditions applicable to their confirmed safari.
Hunters should carefully review the booking terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, payment deadlines, included and excluded services, and any additional charges applicable to the specific hunt before confirming a reservation. These terms may vary between outfitters and between individual hunting packages. Where there is any difference between general information on the Website and the terms set out in a specific quotation or booking confirmation, the specific quotation or booking confirmation will take precedence.
Card payments made through GameHuntingSafaris.com are processed securely by Stripe, an independent third-party payment processor. Game Hunting Safaris does not store full credit-card details on the Website. Payment information entered during checkout is transmitted directly to Stripe and is handled in accordance with Stripe’s security and privacy procedures. Payments may be made using the payment methods made available through Stripe at the time of checkout. The applicable transaction currency and any payment-related charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Stripe’s own terms, privacy policy and security procedures apply to payment information processed through its platform.
Cancellation, postponement, refund and no-show terms may vary between outfitters and between individual hunting packages. Hunters are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund terms before confirming a booking. Certain deposits, licence fees, permit fees, government charges, charter costs and special offers may be non-refundable.
Where a hunt is provided by an independent outfitter, that outfitter’s cancellation and no-show policy will apply to the safari unless otherwise stated in writing by Game Hunting Safaris. The applicable terms may be included in the hunt listing, quotation, booking confirmation or separate outfitter agreement. Hunters should review these terms carefully before making any non-refundable travel arrangements.
A booking may be cancelled if required deposits or balance payments are not received by the applicable due date. Late payments, failed payments, incorrect payment information or insufficient funds remain the responsibility of the hunter. Any refund of amounts already paid will be subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Until that confirmation has been issued, availability cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to change, postpone or cancel a booking, please contact Game Hunting Safaris as soon as possible and refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable terms. Cancellation charges may apply, and some prepaid amounts may be non-refundable.
Where funds have been paid to an outfitter or other third-party service provider, any refund will be subject to the terms of that provider. Game Hunting Safaris will assist with communication where appropriate, but cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved where the applicable booking terms do not provide for one.
The 3.5% convenience booking fee charged by Game Hunting Safaris is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

Game Hunting Safaris LLC handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal information provided through GameHuntingSafaris.com may be used to process enquiries, facilitate bookings, communicate with hunters, introduce hunters to relevant outfitters, and provide related customer support. Where necessary to facilitate an enquiry or booking, Game Hunting Safaris may share relevant personal information with the applicable outfitter or service provider. Game Hunting Safaris does not sell hunters’ personal information to third-party advertisers. Card payment information is processed securely through Stripe. Game Hunting Safaris does not intentionally store full credit-card details on the Website. While Game Hunting Safaris takes reasonable measures to protect personal information and Website security, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you authorise Game Hunting Safaris to communicate with you regarding your enquiry, booking and safari arrangements. Where appropriate, you also authorise Game Hunting Safaris to share relevant contact and booking information with the outfitter responsible for the safari so that the outfitter can communicate with you directly. After a safari, Game Hunting Safaris may contact you to request feedback or a review of your experience.
Reviews may be published on GameHuntingSafaris.com or related GHS marketing channels to help other hunters evaluate outfitters and hunting opportunities. Game Hunting Safaris reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated to the hunting experience or otherwise inappropriate.
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, text, photographs, graphics, design elements and other original material published on GameHuntingSafaris.com are owned by or licensed to Game Hunting Safaris LLC. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from Game Hunting Safaris LLC.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, logos and other proprietary material remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership interest or licence in the intellectual property of Game Hunting Safaris LLC or any third party, except as expressly stated.
Game Hunting Safaris LLC takes reasonable care when providing information and assisting hunters with safari enquiries and bookings. However, Game Hunting Safaris does not control independent outfitters, airlines, government authorities, payment providers or other third-party service providers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Game Hunting Safaris LLC will not be responsible for loss, damage, delay, cancellation, injury or expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the use of GameHuntingSafaris.com or the services provided by Game Hunting Safaris LLC will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The parties may, where appropriate, agree to attempt mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution before commencing formal legal proceedings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
