Looking for a Custom African Hunt?

Custom Hunting Safaris Built Around What You Actually Want

Not every hunt fits neatly into a standard package.

Some hunters are looking for a particular species in a specific country. Others may want to combine several species, hunt in more than one area, or build a safari around limited quota or specialist opportunities.

Game Hunting Safaris works with independent outfitters and Professional Hunters across Africa to help identify suitable options based on your objectives, preferred dates, budget and travel requirements.

When a Custom Hunt Makes Sense

A custom safari may be the better option when:

• the species you are looking for is not listed in our standard packages;
• you want to combine several species in one safari;
• you are considering more than one country or hunting area;
• availability or quota is limited;
• you have specific accommodation, travel or hunting requirements; or
• you simply want advice before deciding where to hunt.

How We Help

Tell us what you are looking for and we will help narrow down the options.

Depending on the hunt, this may include checking availability with outfitters, comparing hunting areas, reviewing likely costs, confirming quota and helping you understand the practical differences between the available options.

Where appropriate, we will introduce you directly to the outfitter who will conduct the safari.

Start With the Hunt You Have in Mind

You do not need to know every detail before contacting us.

If you know the species, country, approximate dates or type of safari you are considering, send us what you have. We can help work through the remaining decisions from there.

If you are still comparing broader options, our African hunting trips page provides an overview of available safari types and destinations.
