Meet Hasheem - Owner and Professional Hunter

My name is Hasheem Divu, and I am the owner and hunter behind this specialized safari company. I have more than a decade of experience leading clients on hunting safaris in Tanzania, which I enjoy and excel at.

 My love for the African bush and wildlife started at an early age, as I was born and raised in the iconic Selous Game Reserve (now Nyerere National Park), and both my parents were game wardens in this legendary conservation area.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Wildlife Management. My passion lies in guiding hunters toward mature, old-game species while sharing my love for Tanzania’s bush, wildlife, and people.

The Hunting Experience

I provide a hands-on service and assist in firearm import permits, and will meet you upon your arrival in Tanzania. Hunting in this beautiful country follows ethical, fair-chase principles, using the spot-and-stalk and walk-and-stalk methods. Vehicle hunting is only an option for hunters with physical limitations.

Daily Hunting Routine:

• Start the day with a light breakfast and coffee/tea before heading out.
• Return to camp for lunch and a siesta or enjoy a packed lunch in the field.
• End the day with a three-course dinner and sundowners by the fire.

Rifles and Bow Hunting

You may bring your own rifle or rent one from me, and I handle all necessary import and export permits. Shooting distances range from 30 to 300 yards. Bowhunters can enjoy hunts from tree stands, elevated platforms, and ground blinds, targeting over 20 African game species.
