International hunters generally arrive at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), Uganda's principal international airport. Travellers from the United States normally connect through an international hub before arriving in Entebbe.
From Entebbe, reaching the Karamoja hunting concession requires onward travel. A charter flight may be recommended because of the considerable distance involved by road, particularly when the hunting area is situated in northern Karamoja.
Charter flights are not included in the advertised safari price. The outfitter can advise on available aircraft, current charter costs and the most practical transfer arrangements once the hunting concession and travel dates have been confirmed.
