Hunting accommodation is provided near Zeerust in the North West province's Syferfontein region. The location was selected for its proximity to the various concessions used during the plains game hunt. The lodge sleeps up to 10 guests in five rooms. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining three share bathroom facilities. Running water and electricity are available, with a backup generator providing additional comfort during power outages. After a day's hunting, guests can relax at the lodge, enjoy hearty meals and spend their evenings under the African sky.
The hunting grounds are situated in the Syferfontein region near Zeerust in the North West Province. The area combines open grassland with thorny bush and scattered trees, with some hills and rocky outcrops adding variation to the terrain. Hunters will arrive at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, where they will be met by Makena and his team. The road transfer from the airport to the hunting area takes approximately five hours and is available from US$300 per person. Hunters bringing rifles into South Africa must complete a SAPS 520 firearm import application upon arrival at the airport.
