A well-established South African outfitter, Michael and his team are ready to welcome you to the hunting mecca of plains game hunting in Africa, the popular Limpopo province. Offering personalised hunting safaris with a wide range of sought-after species as well as exceptional trophies, this Outfitter provides an all-round African experience for game hunting enthusiasts.
Traveling to Limpopo Province
Hunters must fly into OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. A road transfer to the hunting lodge will take approximately 3 hours and is included in the package price.
For those hunters bringing their own rifles into the country, a SAPS 520 form needs to be completed.
The Hunting Grounds
Situated in Limpopo, South Africa’s hunting capital, these hunting grounds are renowned for their exceptional plains game. Part of the Springbok Flats, the terrain is a combination of mixed bushveld, grasslands, and thornveld, providing the perfect habitat for an array of wildlife.
The vegetation consists of dense thickets and open spaces, so hunters need to be skilled in walk-and-stalk techniques, as visibility can be challenging in dense bushveld areas. The 3266-acre concession has several dams, attracting game to the area, and providing a good starting point for glassing for trophies.
Accommodation & Lodging
The hunting accommodation showcases a rich African theme, with guests staying in traditional rondavels or African huts. There are three rondavels, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, and these can accommodate up to four people per hut. Each rondavel has its own private patio, perfect for game viewing or enjoying a sundowner in the peaceful bush setting.
The accommodation is located in the heart of the bush with spacious areas for entertainment, braais (BBQ’s), and dining. The swimming pool in the entertainment area is surrounded by a shaded lapa and wild bush.
For non-hunters, there are many activities to enjoy, including game drives (day and night), game walks, bird watching, and fishing in one of the dams. Other activities can also be arranged.
