Situated in the hunting mecca of South Africa, Michael and the team are ready to make your dream hunting safari a reality! The concession is home to an abundance of plains game and is the perfect location for hunters and non-hunting parties to take a step back, relax, and enjoy nature. From authentic hunting safaris, game drives, and bird watching, to fishing and chilling at the pool, this is the perfect location for a memorable African safari.
Traveling to Limpopo
Hunters must land at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. The hunting grounds in Limpopo are reached via a 3-hour road transfer. For hunters bringing in their own rifles, they must complete a SAPS 520 application upon entry into the country.
The Hunting Reserve
When hunting African plains game in South Africa, you don’t get better than the Limpopo province, with its wide array of species and abundance of game. As part of the Springbok Flats, the hunting grounds consist of a combination of mixed grasslands, bushveld, and grassland.
The vegetation usually consists of dense thickets and open spaces, so hunters need to be skilled in walk-and-stalk techniques, as visibility can be challenging in dense bushveld areas. The 3266-acre concession has several dams, attracting game to the area.
Hunting Lodge in South Africa
The hunting accommodation has a rich African theme, with guests staying in traditional rondavels or African huts. There are three rondavels, each with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to four people per hut. Each rondavel enjoys its own private patio, perfect for game viewing or enjoying a sundowner in the tranquil bush setting.
The accommodation is situated in the heart of the bush with spacious entertainment, braai (barbecue), and dining areas. The swimming pool, in the entertainment area, is surrounded by a shady lapa and wild bush.
For non-hunters, there is a wide variety of activities to enjoy, including game drives (day and night), game walks, bird watching, and fishing in one of the dams. Other activities can also be arranged at a fee.
