• Prioritize safety and listen to your professional hunter.
• Be sure to adequately plan and prepare for the hunt. Do your homework, know your adversary's behavior.
• Be patient and only shoot when you are 100% sure of a clean kill
• Use a large caliber rifle that you can shoot accurately and comfortably with, a .375 is the legal minimum when hunting crocodiles in Namibia. 
• A Namibian Firearm Permit will need to be completed to bring your firearm into the country.
• Accurate crocodile shot placement is critical. Aim for the brain or spine for instant immobilization.
• Crocodile hunts are best conducted during Namibia’s dry season (May to September), when water levels are lower, increasing visibility and accessibility to hunting sites.
